While a lot of businesses have been forced to close due to the Covid-19 pandemic, at Paramount Insurance Agency we remain open to service your insurance needs. Our dedicated staff are all working full-time to continue to process your renewals, and new business needs.
While some of our staff work from home and others remain in the office, our state-of-the-art phone and computer systems, allow us to provide you with the same personal attention and care that you’ve become accustomed to as our client. We are available to answer your calls and respond to your questions quickly and accurately. If we don’t know the answer, we’ll be sure to get you one.
Even as we’re committed to meeting the needs of our clients, we are similarly committed to providing a safe workspace for our employees while we do our best to continue “business as usual”.
- To accomplish our goals, we have set the following guidelines:
- Any sick employee – whether it be a cold or flu – is required to stay home.
- Any employee displaying symptoms consistent with the Coronavirus must get a physician’s note to return to work or self-quarantine as instructed.
- Our building has been locked at the outside doors to protect both the clients and our employees.
- If you need to drop off papers, registrations or a check, please just call the office first to arrange a time. We have a box outside the building and an employee will pick up whatever you’ve dropped off immediately after you notify us.
We have the ability to scan or utilize digital versions of most every application or form we need to be completed. Call us at the regular number (603) 424-2339 and either Debbie or our auto-attendant will answer your call and direct you to the person you’re looking for. We’ll work with you to get your paperwork done.
