Jon Samel is the owner of Samel Insurance Agency, Inc. Jon is an Engineer by training and actually enjoys reading insurance policies. Jon’s business focus is providing the agency staff with the tools and opportunity to provide exceptional service to all of our clients.
Jon’s passions outside of work include performing volunteer work for Lawrence Rotary, Special Olympics of MA, and Temple Emanuel of Andover. In his spare time, Jon races sailboats, rides his bicycle 100+ miles per week and plays with the family dog and company mascot, Diesel.
Marshall Leinson

Marshall Leinson has been in the insurance business for 40+ years and has enjoyed the many years of selling insurance products to protect business owners. He likes being out and visiting with his clients to support their growth, help control their insurance costs and work with the SIA team to provide service.
One of Marshall’s favorite hobbies is golf. He golfs in Massachusetts and Florida or wherever possible. He also enjoys bocce with a group of friends from the new community where he moved to a few years ago. Restaurant insurance has also become his hobby in recent years as he writes their insurance and enjoys dining at many excellent restaurants.
Iris Roskell

Iris grew up in UK, came to the USA with a spirit of adventure to see another country and became an immigrant. She spent a summer in France when she was 15 living with a French family and has had the travel bug since. Her favorite pastime is to travel, visit new places and meet new people and return to faces and places that are meaningful. Other interests include local community activities, reading, hanging out with friends, walking & watching tennis tournaments.

Patty has been providing superior customer service to existing and new customers of Samel Insurance Company for over 19 years. Patty's friendly and "Can Do" personality has been a favorite at Samel Insurance. Customers, existing and new, trust Patty to provide them with the best coverage possible to protect their business and them from any risk.
In her spare time, Patty loves to care for her dogs, Baby and Dozer, and her cat, Luke. She also enjoys spending precious moments with her Grandson, Mason.

Kristie first started working in the insurance industry in 1997. She quickly realized that the insurance industry is the perfect fit for her competitive and empathetic personality. Not only does she treat clients as family, she utterly enjoys being able to lower insurance costs for both current and new clients by constantly remarketing policies. In Kristie’s free time, she enjoys studying real estate, restoring furniture, and of course snuggling with her bulldog, Chaos.

Let me tell you a little about myself. I came to the US from the Dominican Republic when I was about 9 years old and have been living in Lawrence, MA ever since. On my own time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and going shopping. I have two smart girls, one is 17 years old and the other one is 7 whom I love spending my time with as well.

Hello! My name is Cheyenne, but I usually go by the name Chey. I have lived in Massachusetts my whole life so far surrounded and supported by my family and friends. I absolutely love dogs and all other animals, and try to walk a rescue dog at the local MSPCA once per month. I consider myself a plant mom, and in my free time you can find me tending to them, spending time with my loved ones, or vacationing in Disney.

Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my two wonderful kids, who are both entering adulthood, my little dog Gucci, and my parents - especially enjoying my mother’s amazing Dominican dishes. I am deeply involved in the community and love giving back. Celebrating and sharing the beauty of my Dominican culture is something I hold close to my heart
Diesel

Diesel is a 5 year old mixed breed terrorist, oops terrier, who is super sweet and loves to give licks (lots of them) and have his belly rubbed. Diesel is in the office with Audrey every Tuesday and Thursday and once Covid is over and the office reopens they would love to say hi to anyone who stops by; so don’t be bashful when they “greet” you at the door.

Audrey is a 3 year old terrier/bull dog mix who is a little shyer than Diesel, but loves to run and bring everyone she meets a toy. Don’t be worried, that “growling” is just her way of saying “look at my toy”. And the jail outfit in the picture? Nothing to worry about, she really didn’t mean to eat that couch cushion.

Nico obtained his associates degree in Cyber Security Investigations in 2019 and is now pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Before working for Paramount Insurance, Nico was a loan officer at a local credit Union where he became very successful at helping members achieve their goals. He and his fiancé enjoy traveling, learning new things, and shopping.
